Job Summary
1.
a. Assists where necessary the Director of Communications and/or Communications Manager in areas related to hotel public relations.
b. Co-ordinates with Front Office in dealing with complaints from in house guests.
c. Assist Director of Communications and/or Communications Manager to liaises with the Front Office Manager to ensure appropriate arrangements are prepared ahead of time for VIPs and other special attention guests’ arrivals.
d. Coordinates and follows through on PR initiated events, media interviews and press releases.
e. Maintains the image of the Hotel.
f. Maintains hotel media kit and photo library including master shots and the hotel slide
g. Attends all Sales & Marketing meetings.
h. Attends promotional events in the hotel.
i. Works with the Director of Communications and/or Communications Manager to ensure maximum exposure is obtained for all hotel activities, functions, promotions programs etc.
j. Carries out other tasks as directed by supervisor.
2. Execute a series of familiarization
a. Execute a series of familiarization tours and activities for media
3. Professionalism & Customer Relations
- Ensuring the that all guests and media are made to feel welcomed, and appreciating the richness of culture diversity of your clients, associates and location
- Demonstrate effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Solve and manage issues in a professional manner

· Ensure confidentiality and security of all data and documents in the property

Required skills
1. Knowledge and experience in Internet and other major computer programs.
2. Knowledge of local & international market.
3. Excellent written and spoken Thai & English are a must.
4. Good computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Windows XP or higher, Microsoft Office 2013 or higher, Internet and other popular publishing software.
5. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
6. The ability to work independently and as a team.
