Job Description

The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

The Role

As a Sales Executive at The Chancery Rosewood, you’ll be part of a team that brings our vision of luxury hospitality to life. Working closely with our sales leaders, you’ll focus on driving revenue through strategic business development and meaningful client relationships across key segments. 

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure all touchpoints—presentations, proposals, and communications—reflect the brand’s voice and visual identity.
  • Embody the spirit of the Rosewood brand in every interaction, consistently showcasing our story, values, and point of difference.
  • Support sales reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking to inform strategic decisions.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the industry—conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales strategies that support hotel revenue goals and exceed individual targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners, and high-net-worth individuals.

About You

  • Experience in luxury hotel sales or a related role within high-end hospitality or travel.

  • A proactive, sales-focused mindset with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

  • Confident communicator, both in person and in writing, with exceptional presentation abilities.

  • Organised, self-driven, and able to balance multiple projects and clients with care.

  • Passionate about luxury experiences, with a genuine interest in people and storytelling.

  • A natural ambassador for refined service and hospitality.
