Essential duties and responsibilities
- Assist outlet manager in monitoring all Tea related matters
- Be responsible for the Tea education of all F&B service colleagues
- Control and maintain stock levels in the outlets
- Identify opportunities and create a Tea culture in the hotel in order to enhance revenues
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel as Tea Master, with at least 2 years in similar capacity
- Good in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is advantage
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge
- High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- With strong knowledge in Tea
