We are seeking a Wellness Manager to drive an elevated experience for our guests by leading a team of a dedicated professionals. Working alongside the Director of Wellness, you will ensure your team deliver impeccable service across all spa and fitness areas. You will balance leadership with being a brand ambassador, supporting your team while keeping an eye on business performance and surpassing guest and members expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide, train, and inspire a high-performing wellness team, fostering a culture of excellence and care.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring that every detail is maintained to the highest standard.
• Create meaningful wellness journeys for our guests and members, working closely with the wider hotel team.
• Support the development of wellness programming, including seasonal events that reflect The Chancery Rosewood.
• Development of retail offerings, maintaining a unique portfolio of brands based on guest and market demands
• Assist with budget planning, marketing initiatives, and membership programs, ensuring commercial success without compromising quality.
• Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and cleanliness, always prioritising guest and employee well-being.
