We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and strategic Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of company events that engage clients, strengthen brand presence, and support business objectives. The ideal candidate brings exceptional project-management skills, a passion for creating memorable experiences, and the ability to manage multiple events from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, trade shows, corporate meetings, workshops, webinars, and customer-facing experiences

• Develop detailed event strategies, timelines, budgets, and post-event reports

• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate logistics including venues, catering, AV, décor, and transportation

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align event goals with company objectives

• Lead on-site event coordination to ensure smooth execution and exceptional attendee experiences

• Oversee event registration, communication, and promotional materials in partnership with design and marketing teams

• Track event performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future events

• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and innovative event technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field

• 3–5+ years of experience planning and managing corporate or large-scale events

• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

• Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor-management abilities

• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and problem-solve in real time

• Proficiency with event software and CRM tool
