Description

 The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

Here, we are seeking a Service Centre Manager to lead a team that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You will be responsible for ensuring all guest requests are handled seamlessly, managing a well-organised and efficient department, and fostering strong communication across the hotel. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating structure, enjoys problem-solving, and understands that great service is about both speed and care.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee guest requests, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead by example, train new starters, and ensure ongoing development.
  • Develop and implement procedures that help the team work smarter.
  • Maintain strong communication with other teams to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
  • Take ownership of guest concerns, find solutions, and ensure a positive experience.
