- Supporting the effective management and performance of the Talent & Culture function whilst maintaining and continuing to develop efficient processes and services to support the smooth running of the department.
- Acting as a trusted advisor and key business partner to the operations, focusing on managing all aspects of the employee relations and providing strategic HR support aligned with business objectives.
- Managing and overseeing all employee relations matters, providing guidance on legal requirements, and ensuring compliance with required management of timelines and administration.
- Driving our culture through effective communication and promotion of positive employee relations whilst ensuring compliance with the hotel’s policies and current legislation.
- Building and nurturing relationships with the broader hotel team to ensure we deliver an unrivalled employee experience to our associates.
- Demonstrating the highest level of hospitality and professionalism to motivate the team in achieving the highest standards possible.
- A CIPD Level 5 qualification or above, or an equivalent HR degree is preferred.
- Extensive employee relations experience is essential.
- Experience of managing a team is required.
- Experience of working in a luxury environment is preferred.
- An exceptional level of attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build long-lasting relationships with others.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
