Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Have a thorough knowledge of all standards and procedures required at Front Office.
- Oversee the Reception and Concierge during the night
- Ensure the correct night audit functions are completed accurately and that all task lists including reception and concierge are completed fully and up to standard in a timely manner.
- Follow up on all arrivals left for the day.
- Make sure profiling is done correctly and to maintain/increase guest satisfaction.
- Be able to perform Front Desk/Concierge duties and provide support when required.
- Guarantee that necessary preparation is carried out for the morning shift.
- Be familiar with all the rate packages and promotions.
- Ability to handle various guest requests simultaneously.
- Strong sense of accountability and ability to work independently with a can-do attitude.
- Complete and receive a thorough handover with the Front Office Manager in the mornings/evenings.
