Rise to the Table, an initiative by Rosewood Foundation, recognizes that true leadership is an art form, a delicate balance of skill, vision, and unwavering determination. This is more than a program; it’s a movement fueled by purpose and connection to cultivate the next generation of female talent in the restaurant industry.

The program is centered on immersion and impact. Rise to the Table will select 10 women from outside The Rosewood Hotel Group to participate in a sponsored weeklong residency in London. The program includes:

• Leadership workshops led by professional coaches on topics including personal branding, financial literacy and sustainability-driven innovation.
• Business development panels and roundtables.
• Curated immersions including visits to local farms and tastings at the region’s most acclaimed restaurants and bars.
