Rosewood Foundation introduces the second edition of Rise to the Table, a global program designed to elevate women's leadership within the hospitality industry.

Rise to the Table 2027 will select 10 women from outside Rosewood Hotel Group to participate in a year-long program starting with a one-week residency in London, followed by 12 months of 1-1 virtual mentorship.

The program is geared towards providing the tools, community and mentorship essential for fostering the next generation of female leaders in hospitality. 

Part 1: A week-long, fully sponsored residency in London which includes:

• Leadership workshops by executive and strategy coaches
• Business development panels and roundtables with industry leaders
• Simulations designed to hone effective decision-making skills
• Curated immersion in the best of what the host city has to offer

Part 2: After the residency, a year-long mentorship pairing each participant with a leader from Rosewood Hotel Group begins.
