Responsible for the hotel Sales & Marketing functions, the relationship and coordination between the Marketing Division, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and Rosewood Hotel Group Marketing team, and to maximize total hotel revenue market share and optimize profit return.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all hotel Sales & Marketing functions, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Maximize total hotel revenue, market share, and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
  • Develop and implement the overall Hotel Marketing Plan, ensuring timely and professional execution of strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead the planning and development of promotional strategies, marketing plans, and business opportunities to drive demand for hotel revenue and brand market share.
  • Works closely with Corporate Distribution Channel Manager in developing clear channel strategies; fully utilize Rosewood Hotels and Resorts Marketing support system to maximize the business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Brand & Communications team in the development of hotel collateral, advertising and sales campaign, which support the achievement of profitability objectives for the hotels with the established brand values.
  • Review and contribute to the annual business plan and long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with Rosewood’s corporate objectives.
  • Identifies relevant marketing opportunities and partnership potential with key companies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven track record in luxury hospitality Sales & Marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of hotel sales experience, including successfully leading a sales team. 
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets, experience with luxury brands is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to remain calm, solve problems, and exercise sound judgment.Be a clear thinker, remain calm and use good judgment to solve problems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - able to represent the property in the community.
  • Strong existing relationships and an established network in the local and DACH markets are preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.

Rosewood Munich opened in Autumn 2023 as the brand’s first property in Germany and seventh property in Europe.
