Your Responsibilities:

• Time Tracking & Absence Management – Maintain and monitor working hours, vacation, and leave records
• Payroll Preparation – Gather and verify payroll-related data for accurate salary processing
• HR Administration – Create and manage contracts, certificates, and other personnel documents
• Liaison with Finance & Talent & Culture Team – Ensure smooth communication and data flow between departments

Your Profile:

• Experience in HR administration, payroll preparation, or a related field
• Structured, precise, and independent way of working
• Proficiency in HR software and Excel
• Strong communication skills and discretion in handling sensitive data
• Fluent in German (C1 or higher)

Rosewood Vienna opened in July 2022 as the brand’s fifth property in Europe. The hotel offers 99 spacious guestrooms and suites, all of which will feature separate spaces for entertainment and relaxation. The contemporary accommodations merges the past and present through a thoughtful combination of elegant textural and artistic elements and the latest technological features. The project’s design was overseen by A2K Architects and BEHF Corporate Architects in Austria and the London-based Alexander Waterworth Interiors firm. The property features a variety of dining and entertainment options, including a rooftop bar with exceptional views of the city and an intimate restaurant in a garden setting serving European cuisine and carefully crafted beverages appealing to guests and locals alike. Rosewood Vienna also features Sense, A Rosewood Spa, which serves as a private sanctuary for relaxation away from the busy sights and sounds of the city. Additionally, the hotel includes meetings and events spaces to allow for a variety of private gatherings and conferences.
