职位描述

The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are seeking an experienced and service-driven In-Room Dining Manager to lead the hotel’s private-dining experience. This role shapes one of the most intimate touchpoints of luxury hospitality — delivering personalised, discreet, and beautifully curated in-suite dining moments for our guests.

As In-Room Dining Manager you will:

  • Lead all aspects of in-room dining operations with a focus on precision, speed, presentation and luxury service.

  • Build, coach and support an IRD team capable of delivering exceptional service 24/7 — from breakfast trays and wellness menus to celebratory in-suite dining and bespoke guest requests.

  • Ensure all service rituals, mise-en-place, tray/set-up standards, and delivery protocols reflect the refined elegance of The Chancery Rosewood.

  • Partner closely with Culinary and F&B leadership to ensure menu engineering, item availability, and seamless communication.

  • Uphold guest privacy, discretion, and intuitive service — anticipating needs, managing preferences, and elevating every touchpoint.

  • Oversee scheduling, cost controls, ordering and inventory, ensuring efficient and commercially mindful operations.

  • Drive innovation by creating personalised amenities, celebratory set-ups, and unique in-suite dining experiences aligned to Rosewood’s “Relationship Hospitality.”

  • Ensure consistent communication with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Butler/Guest Services for flawless service coordination.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Have proven leadership experience in IRD, luxury hotel F&B, butler service or a similarly refined environment.

  • Understand the standards, pace, and privacy required for exceptional private dining.

  • Are detail-oriented with impeccable standards in presentation and service delivery.

  • Are calm, proactive, and solutions-focused, particularly under time pressure.

  • Demonstrate strong communication and training skills, instilling confidence and excellence within your team.

  • Lead with a warm, discreet presence — never intrusive, always intuitive.

Benefits & Culture

At Rosewood, our associates are the heart of our organisation. When you join The Chancery Rosewood, you will enjoy:

  • 12 complimentary room nights across Rosewood hotels globally

  • 50% F&B discount across the group

  • A paid day off on your birthday

  • Team member recognition and reward programmes

  • Career development pathways across Rosewood Hotel Group

  • The opportunity to be part of London’s most anticipated luxury hotel opening
