We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to take ownership of a kitchen section and contribute to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and run your assigned section efficiently

• Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards

• Work closely with the Sous Chef and kitchen team

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance

• Assist in training junior team members when required

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis/Demis ready to step up

• Solid technical cooking skills

• Ability to work well under pressure

• A team-oriented mindset and passion for hospitality
