We are recruiting for a Groups & Events Agent position to join the team at Castiglion del Bosco, A Rosewood Hotel for the 2026 season. As Groups & Events Agent, you will be responsible for providing full assistance to the Groups & Events Team and for taking care of events operations.

Essential duties and responsabilities

Assisting Groups & Events Manager/ Executive to plan all event and hotel experience details with the client, food and beverage selection, menu tastings, audio visual needs, equipment rental, supplier details &/or referral, guestroom reservations, transportation, recreational activities, etc.

Anticipating client needs while making suggestions to create a unique and memorable experience.

Participating in the weekly BEO meeting to communicate all the information on upcoming events to the operational departments.

Ensuring that all definite functions are detailed accurately on Banquet Event Orders, signed by clients and distributed to designated departments on a timely basis.

Maintaining organized events information.

Assisting with any additional events related projects or duties.

Maintaining complete knowledge of and comply with Rosewood high standards of service and hospitality, departmental policies, and service procedures.

Exhibit a friendly, caring, and courteous manner when dealing with guests, staff, and fellow employees.

Job Requirements

Strong written and spoken Italian and English.

Superb organizational skills.

Detail oriented.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Ensure guest and employee privacy and security by respecting confidential information.

High level of attention to detail and refined manners with exceptional communication skills.

Model the company’s culture, vision, mission and core values at all times.
