We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-minded Concierge Intern to join our Front Office team at Rosewood Amsterdam.

As a Concierge Intern, you will play an essential role in assisting our guests with personalized service, ensuring every stay is seamless and memorable. You will gain hands-on experience in the world of ultra-luxury hospitality, learning from seasoned professionals who embody Rosewood’s philosophy of A Sense of Place.

Job Duties

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Assist the concierge team in providing personalized recommendations, reservations, and itineraries for guests
• Support in arranging transportation, restaurant bookings, tours, and special experiences
• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and warm experience
• Maintain excellent knowledge of Amsterdam’s culture, restaurants, shopping, and hidden gems
• Handle guest requests with efficiency, professionalism, and discretion
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest preferences and special arrangements
• Help manage guest correspondence, including emails and phone inquiries
• Assist in maintaining the concierge desk and back-office organization
