We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Rosewood Amsterdam. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes within your station, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the Head Chef in daily operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and present dishes to specification

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

  • Assist in menu development and training junior staff

  • Ensure smooth service during busy periods

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef

  • Passion for fresh ingredients and creative cooking

  • Team player with excellent attention to detail
