Are you a passionate and experienced spa professional ready to lead in one of the most exclusive wellness environments? Our Asaya Spa is seeking a Head Therapist to oversee and inspire the team at our luxury spa sanctuary.

The Role

As Head Therapist, you will be the driving force behind our spa’s exceptional service and holistic philosophy. You’ll lead by example, providing outstanding treatments while guiding and mentoring a talented team of therapists. You will ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and uphold the luxury standards our spa is celebrated for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of spa therapists to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

  • Perform and oversee premium spa treatments, ensuring the highest level of professionalism.

  • Maintain treatment quality, hygiene, and service protocols aligned with luxury standards.

  • Support the Spa Manager in daily operations, scheduling, and guest relations.

  • Stay ahead of wellness trends to continuously elevate our offerings.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on spa therapy experience, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

  • Recognized qualifications in massage, holistic, or beauty therapy.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for wellness and delivering a world-class guest journey.

  • Well-presented, professional, and adaptable to the dynamic luxury hospitality environment.
