Job Description

Are you passionate about holistic well-being, luxury hospitality, and creating serene moments of renewal for guests? Do you have a genuine interest in wellness, mindfulness, and personalized service?

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Intern to join our Asaya Spa team at Rosewood Amsterdam.

As a Spa Intern, you will support the daily operations of our signature Asaya Spa, a sanctuary of wellness dedicated to self-discovery, rejuvenation, and balance. You will gain hands-on experience in the world of luxury wellness, learning from industry experts who embody Rosewood’s guiding philosophy of A Sense of Place and Asaya’s holistic approach to well-being.

 

Job Duties

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist the spa team in delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout the wellness journey, from welcome to farewell
  • Support spa reception operations, including reservations, check-ins, and retail assistance
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and relaxation areas according to luxury standards
  • Ensure the spa environment remains calm, organized, and impeccably clean at all times
  • Assist therapists and attendants with guest preparation and coordination
  • Manage spa inventory, linens, and amenities
  • Support in promoting spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
