THE IMPACT OF THIS ROLE   

Create unforgettable experiences for our guests by working together with all hotel departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Prepare the daily in-house guest list based on butler reports, emails, and guest profiles, highlighting visit number, reason for travel, agency, upgrades, and names of children or pets.   
• Welcome and bid farewell to guests in the lobby, recognizing their reason for visiting and ensuring they had a pleasant stay.   
• Engage with guests daily to understand their experience at the resort and assist with any requests, inquiries, or concerns.   
• Assign a host to future arrivals based on their profile.   
• Send personalized farewell letters to departing guests, considering their reason for visiting and preferred language.  
• Prepare the daily amenities report, including arrivals and in-house guests, based on celebrations, allergies, and dietary restrictions.   • Receive and resolve guest complaints.   • Stay informed about all events happening at the resort.   • Keep track of guest celebrations.   
• Conduct site inspections when required.

CRITICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS   

• University degree. 
• Three years of experience in luxury hotels. 
• Computer proficiency. 
• 90% fluency in spoken and written English. 
• Knowledge of LQA, AAA, Forbes, and FHR standards.
