The Cluster Sales Executive supports proactive sales activities for Rosewood AMAALA and Rosewood Red Sea, contributing to revenue growth across assigned segments (Leisure, Corporate, or Groups & Events). Based in Riyadh, the role combines business development support, client servicing, prospecting, and administrative coordination to generate leads and support account development.

Working closely with the Cluster Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing and the wider Sales team, the role ensures polished communication, accurate reporting, and service delivery aligned with Rosewood’s luxury standards and sense of place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support proactive sales initiatives including lead qualification, prospecting, and initial client outreach.

  • Conduct market and account research to support sales planning and opportunity identification.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, contracts, and sales collateral.

  • Maintain accurate client and account records in CRM systems (Salesforce / Delphi).

  • Support Sales Managers with account servicing, site inspections, and familiarization trips.

  • Participate in sales calls, trade shows, roadshows, and client engagements as required.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly productivity and pipeline reports.

  • Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, Wellness, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure alignment.

  • Ensure timely follow-up and professional handling of all client inquiries.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Reservations, or Front Office within luxury hospitality preferred.

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Delphi, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic and additional languages are an advantage).

  • Professional presentation, cultural intelligence, and strong client-service orientation.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
