We are looking for a motivated and energetic Demi Chef de Partie to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.

Job Summary:
  • You are responsible for the preparation of mise-en-place of the dishes at your space 
  • You will be responsible for training new colleagues and promoting, guiding and motivating them
  • You are also responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the department
  • You conscientiously adhere to hygiene standards at all times
Required Skills:
  • You have completed your education as a chef and have experience in luxury hotel industry
  • Your job is your passion, which is reflected in the quality of your work and your style
  • You are very familiar with Austrian hygiene standards
