Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Talent and Culture Manager to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.

Job Summary:
  • Provides comprehensive, confidential support to all employees and managers to support the achievement of our vision and goals. 
  • Supports the effective management and performance of the Talent & Culture function; maintains and continues to develop efficient Talent & Culture systems and services to support the smooth running of the department. 
  • Assists and supports employees, ensuring effective internal and external communications and promotion of positive employee relations whilst ensuring compliance with the hotel’s policies and current legislation.
  • In this role the T&C Manager
  • Supports the Director of Talent & Culture with establishing all departmental processes and procedures.
  • Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
  • Assists with the preparation and distribution of contracts and offer letters, including alterations such as internal transfers and promotions.
  • Coordinates the organization and delivery of the associate recognition & long service awards.
  • Oversees and supports in the planning and execution of social events.
  • Collaborates with the Talent Development & Recruitment Manager on the recruitment of all positions up to and including management roles.
  • Assists managers with the appraisal process as required, review appraisal output with relevant managers to assess and establish training needs and requirements.
  • Maintains links with Local Education Authorities, Industry Organizations, Government Bodies, Nominated Universities and Colleges and other contacts as appropriate, always looking for opportunities to promote Rosewood Schloss Fuschl with passion.
  • Providing advice to both managers and associates on Talent & Culture policy, legal requirements, staffing issues, and acts as an arbitrator where necessary.
Required Skills
  • Be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and follow-up, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous experience as Talent & Culture Manager or similar capacity at a luxury or ultra-luxury property.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or Hotel Management or related discipline.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ability to work independently with a can-do attitude.
  • Possess good knowledge of local government labour laws, regulations, benefits processing.
  • Fluent in German, English and any other language is a plus.
