Role

We are currently looking for a Director of Front of House to join our Senior leadership team. The Director of Front of House is entrusted with overseeing all front of house associates and areas including Concierge, Guest Relations as well as Guest Services and plays a vital role in creating guest experiences in line with the Company's Culture.


Key expectations of this role
  • Taking a leadership role in engaging with guests, associates and business partners to meet and exceed their needs.
  • Acting as a coach and mentor to a team including Heads of Departments to ensure high engagement levels, people development and highest associate retention to strengthen the company culture.
  • Managing cost and revenue in all areas of front of house without impact on brand, or quality standards.
  • Continuously identifying and developing areas for improvement and motivating the team to actively take part in the process to enhance the brand experience.
  • Showing a solid understanding of the London hotel market to retain and increase the hotel’s competitive advantage through continuous proactive strategic and operational planning to improve service levels. 

Profile
  • Experience at managerial level within a large upscale, high volume front of house environment. 
  • A thorough understanding of leading and developing people effectively.
  • An exceptional level of attention to detail driven by the desire for continuous improvement to exceed guest expectations. 
  • A thorough understanding of managing various stakeholders and their expectations.
