Job Description

Job Summary:

The Housing Intern will support the daily operations of the Associate Housing team by assisting the Housing Manager in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized living environment for associates. This internship offers hands-on experience in administrative support, facilities coordination, and internal communication within a luxury hospitality setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Updating daily housekeeping, fire safety, maintenance, and incident trackers
  • Updating daily utility meter readings submitted by the technician
  • Assisting with new associate check-ins
  • Assisting in new arrival room setup
  • Conducting spot checks of female apartments
  • Supporting daily administrative & operational tasks as required
  • Filing associates signed document
  • Store inventory update and reporting necessary items to order
  • Compiling and submitting the monthly inspection report to the Associate Relations Manager
  • Monitoring the maintenance reporting channel and responding accordingly
  • Updating and submitting the monthly accommodation report to the Associate Relations Manager
