Role

We are currently looking for an Entertainment Sales Manager to join our Sales team at Rosewood London. Our Entertainment Sales Manager will oversee the leisure and entertainment segments and assist the Head of Entertainment in driving revenues and achieving annual sales targets.. 


Key expectations of this role are
  • Implement sales strategies tailored to the entertainment and leisure markets (specifically in the U.S.), including music, film, and sporting events, ensuring alignment with the hotel's overall marketing plan and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with entertainment clients and agencies to secure repeat business and referrals.
  • Implement a weekly/monthly sales activity plan, site tours, entertainment, networking events, marketing opportunities, tactical seasonal offers, for the segments focused on development, retention and acquisition. 
  • Coordinate proactively client meetings, Fam trips, trade shows, site tours, presentations, and events (national and international) including attendance on site and travel arrangements. 
  • Manage entertainment program accounts and coordinate their requests from the point of inquiry to implementation, including quoting, proposals/agreements, payment, room blocks, and resumes.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and contracts that reflect the hotel's offerings, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with pricing integrity. 
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and new business opportunities within the entertainment and leisure segments.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of junkets. Including runner role to talent handling, and liaising with relevant departments for a smooth operation.
  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics, utilising insights to refine strategies and achieve sales targets.

Profile
  • Experience at a managerial level within a high-pressure and dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the entertainment and leisure industry.
  • Strong understanding of the entertainment market and experience managing high-profile clients. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, paired with the highest degree of integrity and discretion.
  • Ability to clearly communicate in written and spoken English via several different communication channels.
