Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible in meeting and greeting customers, providing a positive and friendly attitude through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure
  • Ensuring the check in for customers as they arrive for their scheduled appointments.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation
  • Provide daily maintenance of the spa's lobby or reception area and caring for office furniture, plants and periodicals are some examples of other additional duties.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma in hospitality management or equivalent is preferred
  • Relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel/spa in an advantage
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Possess excellent guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated interpersonal skills, confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
