We are looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl for the summer season. You will oversee your section, ensuring dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, while also contributing to menu development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organizes and sets up the assigned section of the kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximize productivity.
- Ensures that all dishes from that section are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes.
- Supervises and trains culinary associates.
- Ensures the sanitation standards for the kitchen are being met.
- Always provides courteous and professional service.
