- Following food safety and health and safety regulation at all times.
- Assisting with the preparation of food.
- Assist with maintaining all standards, policies & procedures relating to host service in Midtown Social as laid out by Rosewood London, with a strong emphasis on associate training and development, associates’ satisfaction, product quality and profitability.
- Collect all food preparation equipment, including pots, pans and deliver to stewarding areas.
- Be aware of approximate number of associates coming to Midtown Social per service by communicating with the Midtown Social Manager.
- Ensure that cleaning tasks are taken care of in a timely and professional manner.
- Having a passion for food and hospitality.
- Taking a proactive approach in learning new skills.
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
- Being organised and efficient in prioritising your responsibilities.
