Role

We are currently looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team of Chefs at Rosewood London.  Our Kitchen Assistant helps to maintain high levels of service and assist with the smooth running of our staff restaurant. This role offers approximately 40 hours per week.


Key expectations of this role are
  • Following food safety and health and safety regulation at all times.
  • Assisting with the preparation of food.
  • Assist with maintaining all standards, policies & procedures relating to host service in Midtown Social as laid out by Rosewood London, with a strong emphasis on associate training and development, associates’ satisfaction, product quality and profitability.
  • Collect all food preparation equipment, including pots, pans and deliver to stewarding areas.
  • Be aware of approximate number of associates coming to Midtown Social per service by communicating with the Midtown Social Manager.
  • Ensure that cleaning tasks are taken care of in a timely and professional manner.
