Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Monitor Minibar Inventory: Monitor and maintain minibar inventory levels by restocking items as needed, ensuring that guests always have access to a selection of high-quality refreshments and snacks.
  • Ensure Cleanliness and Presentation: Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of minibar items and surrounding areas, arranging products neatly and sanitizing surfaces to uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Provide Personalized Service: Provide personalized service to guests by offering recommendations, assisting with special requests, and ensuring that minibar preferences are catered to according to guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Track Usage and Revenue: Track minibar usage and revenue through accurate record-keeping and reporting, analyzing trends and consumption patterns to optimize inventory levels and maximize profitability.

  • Good physical condition (must be able to endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, reach up and down)
  • Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
  • Be a team player
  • Have a neat appearance and grooming
  • Punctual, motivated, responsive and independent

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English. Dutch is a plus.
