YOUR IMPACT IN THIS ROLE:
Inspire Team Excellence: Motivate and guide spa therapists to deliver excellence, fostering a culture of expertise, professionalism, and guest-focused service. Lead comprehensive training programs to empower the team with the latest techniques, best practices and award-winning standards of service.
Optimize Treatment Operations: Streamline and enhance daily treatment operations, ensuring efficiency and seamless experiences for guests. With a keen attention to detail and reporting, oversee standard operating procedures, inventories, equipment and facilities.
Stimulate growth: Support the creation and introduction of innovative treatments and wellness services, keeping the spa menu dynamic and aligned with industry trends. Create and drive opportunities to maximize revenues with services and retail sales.
Harvest Guest Insight: Drive guest satisfaction and loyalty by cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and elevating our commitment to exceptional experiences. Actively instill a culture of going above and beyond, seeking and embracing guest feedback.
