OVERVIEW/BASIC FUNCTION:
The Cluster Sales Coordinator for Rosewood Red Sea and Rosewood Amaala, located along Saudi Arabia’s pristine west coast, is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team to drive revenue and enhance client relationships. This role supports the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing and Cluster Sales Manager in executing sales strategies, coordinating client interactions, and ensuring seamless operations across both properties. The Cluster Sales Coordinator contributes to Rosewood’s ultra-luxury standards and both resorts vision of holistic wellness, sustainability, and regenerative tourism by delivering efficient, detail-oriented support in one of the world’s most exclusive luxury destinations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations, to facilitate sales activities and achieve revenue targets for rooms, F&B, spa, and other revenue streams.
- Coordinate client communications, including responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and following up on leads, to support a minimum of 90% client satisfaction in response time and service quality.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data, sales activities, and booking information to ensure effective tracking and reporting.
- Assist in organizing sales-related events, such as client site visits, trade shows, and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with Rosewood’s luxury brand standards.
- Support sustainable sales practices by utilizing digital tools for client outreach and minimizing paper-based processes, in line with Amaala’s commitment to environmental stewardship.
- Collaborate with marketing, culinary, and wellness teams to ensure sales collateral and client offerings reflect the cultural heritage of the Red Sea region and Amaala’s wellness-focused vision.
- Ensure compliance with Rosewood’s global brand standards and local regulations in all sales documentation and client interactions.
- Utilize sales and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Delphi) to generate reports, track performance metrics, and support data-driven sales strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments, including revenue management and operations, to align sales activities with resort-wide initiatives, ensuring a cohesive guest experience.
- Drive continuous improvement by gathering client feedback, monitoring sales processes, and suggesting enhancements to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field; certifications in sales, administration, or hospitality are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a related role, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness-focused property.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support client interactions and foster collaboration within the sales team.
- Familiarity with sustainable practices, such as digital documentation or eco-friendly client engagement, preferably in luxury or environmentally sensitive destinations.
- Proficiency in sales and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Delphi) and Microsoft Office Suite to manage data, reports, and client communications.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
