We are currently looking for a Stewarding Team Leader to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Stewarding Team Leader assists the Heart of House & Sustainability Manager in ensuring the efficient and economic operation of the Stewarding Department in support of all other operating departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and overseeing the operating equipment inventory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures garbage is properly disposed of and ensures that paper towel dispensers and soap dispensers are filled daily.
- Assists to ensure that the back-of-house areas are kept clean and organised.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the Outlet kitchens and equipment.
- Strictly adheres to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies, inventoried items, and to ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped.
- Constantly strives to satisfy the needs of the Outlet by providing the necessary operating equipment.
- Ensures all Food and Beverage equipment and other facilities in the Outlet kitchen are maintained according to the departmental operations manual requirements.
- Ensures that Stewarding associates work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments.

Rosewood Munich opened in 2023 as the brand’s first property in Germany and seventh property in Europe.
