Job Description


The Talent Acquisition Executive partners with the business leaders across all corporate offices and properties globally and provides strategic recruiting services to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates into Rosewood Hotel Group. 

The Talent Acquisition Executive will assist in inspiring our Talent & Culture teams around the world through launching global Employer Branding initiatives, adopting latest technology in recruiting, and designing the best candidate experience for the company.


  • Talent Acquisition: Responsible for bringing the best talent into the Rosewood Hotel Group; managing job requisitions and all recruitment activities to attract, evaluate and hire top candidates 
  • Candidate Assessment: Leverage behavioural based interviewing and other evaluation methodology to identify and assess candidates
  • Recruitment Quality & Effectiveness: Coach hiring managers on the recruitment process, educate best practice in interviews and equip the managers with the tools needed to qualify the candidates
  • Talent Mapping: Partner with the business leaders to identify current and future hiring needs and proactively source talent to build strong talent pipelines
  • Candidate Experience: Design and deliver the best-in-class Candidate Experience components including Job Crafting, Assessment, Feedback, Interview, Onboarding, and Alumni Engagement
  • School Relations: Support campus recruiting and student marketing activities and school partnership initiatives to establish a strong employer brand
  • Recruitment Technology: Leverage latest recruiting technology, tools, and software (e.g. LinkedIn, Application Tracking System) to achieve cost efficiency and excellent user experience
  • Employer Branding: Assist in driving our employer branding efforts on internal and external social media platforms including LinkedIn and other locally relevant channels

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related disciplines
  • 1-3 years of Talent Acquisition experience from in-house and/or recruitment agency environments
  • Experience working in multinational corporations or sizable companies
  • Experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation
  • Talent search and mapping skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good storyteller and an inspired presenter
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management
  • A team player
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Positive, high energy, proactive and can-do attitude
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems – Avature would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office
