Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Talent & Culture Manager to lead our day-to-day HR operations, fostering a workplace culture that inspires, engages, and empowers our associates. As our Talent & Culture Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the associate experience, from recruitment and onboarding to professional development and engagement. You will be a trusted partner to our leadership team, ensuring that our people strategies align with the hotel's vision and values.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative HR initiatives that align with business goals and enhance the associate journey.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and career development programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Champion a positive and inclusive work environment through meaningful engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry standards while continuously improving HR processes.
