Job Description

Our Talent Development Supervisor is passionate about learning and development, excels at coordinating training initiatives, and can effectively support both administrative processes and team engagement.

Essential Duties

  • Assist departmental trainers in promoting a strong learning culture and preparing impactful training sessions.
  • Collaborate with managers to create tailored training plans for departments and individual associates.
  • Oversee and deliver engaging onboarding experiences ensuring consistency with company standards.
  • Work with Talent & Culture leadership to create and manage monthly training programs aligned with business needs.
  • Deliver trainings (online and offline) to all associates.
  • Manage logistics, records, certificates, and compliance for all internal and mandatory trainings.
  • Gather feedback, assess effectiveness, and continuously enhance training content and delivery.
  • Oversee administrative aspects of onboarding/offboarding and coordinate the hiring process for short-term interns.
  • Assist in general Talent & Culture administration for the full employee life circle.
  • Participate in projects.

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Fluency in German and English is preferred; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
  • Human Resources expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees and managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
