Job Description

THE IMPACT OF THIS ROLE

Based in the Business Partner team at the Company headquarters, the Talent and Culture Executive will play a critical role in maintaining the governance and effectiveness of Talent and Culture operation, and enabling business partners with initiatives and projects.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide operational support to the Talent and Culture department and ensure the implementation of office policies, standards, and procedures in respective functions.
  • Attend to associates’ voice, handle their enquiries and requests, and provide support.
  • Manage key processes including, but not limited to, employment documents preparation, leave management, and liaison with payroll.
  • Maintain and update associate records in Global HRIS to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
  • Support properties to utilise the Global HRIS and provide training as needed.
  • Support the tracking of headcount budget and prepare for related communication initiatives.
  • Work closely with other departments and departments to ensure compliance of Talent and Culture procedures.
  • Provide support in areas of visa application and renewal, benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding processes as needed.
  • Any other projects assigned from time to time.

CRITICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • A fast learner and a team player with the “can-do” attitude.
  • Degree holder preferably in Business Administration, HRM or related disciplines.
  • Knowledge of HR Employment Ordinance, related regulations and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Good command of PC software with knowledge of Chinese word-processing. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
