Role

We are currently looking for an Evening Room Attendant to join our team of Housekeeping associates at Rosewood London. Our Evening Room Attendants prepare the rooms for our guests for the night by refreshing the bathroom and the bed. The shifts are from 5.30pm to 10.00pm including half an hour break, 5 days per week.

Key expectations of this role are

  • Refreshing bedrooms for the night for our guests.
  • Fulfilling guest requests.
  • Reporting any maintenance of guest problems to the Supervisor.

  • Paying close attention to detail by not comprising on quality standards.
  • Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
  • Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
