1. Mục đích công việc | Job Purpose

Chịu trách nhiệm giám sát, vận hành và bảo trì toàn bộ hệ thống kỹ thuật liên quan đến khu bếp và hệ thống lò hơi, đảm bảo hoạt động an toàn, hiệu quả và liên tục theo tiêu chuẩn vận hành của khách sạn/resort.
→ Responsible for supervising, operating, and maintaining all technical systems related to the kitchen and boiler system, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous operation in line with hotel/resort standards.

2. Nhiệm vụ chính | Key Responsibilities

Vận hành & Bảo trì | Operation & Maintenance

• Giám sát hoạt động của các thiết bị bếp: bếp công nghiệp, lò nướng, tủ lạnh, máy rửa chén, hệ thống hút khói, gas, v.v.
  → Supervise the operation of kitchen equipment such as industrial stoves, ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, exhaust systems, gas systems, etc.
• Quản lý vận hành hệ thống lò hơi (boiler), đảm bảo cung cấp hơi/nhiệt ổn định cho các khu vực liên quan.
  → Manage the operation of the boiler system, ensuring stable steam/heat supply to relevant areas.
• Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ (PM) cho toàn bộ thiết bị bếp và hệ thống boiler.
  → Plan and implement preventive maintenance (PM) for all kitchen equipment and boiler systems.
• Xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật nhanh chóng, giảm thiểu gián đoạn hoạt động.
  → Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
