The role is responsible for proactively identifying and managing M.I.C.E business opportunities, while driving revenue through effective sales strategies and upselling. The position requires consistently achieving both individual and team revenue targets, as well as ensuring all confirmed business is handed over accurately and in a timely manner to support seamless service delivery.

The incumbent maintains organized and precise sales records and reporting systems, stays informed of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, and builds strong, professional relationships with both internal teams and external clients to support long-term business growth.
