Key Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations

• Supervise and mentor kitchen team members

• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes

• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and organization

• Assist with menu development and kitchen planning
