Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Ordertaker to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will be providing exceptional, personalized service by accurately taking and processing guest orders for in-room dining. This role ensures that all requests are handled promptly and professionally.


Key expectations:

  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously, maintaining a calm and clear tone
  • Demonstrate anticipatory service by suggesting menu items and accommodating special requests
  • Personalize interactions by addressing guests by name and confirming preference
  • Accurately record and process food and beverage orders in the POS system
  • Communicate special dietary requirements and preferences to the kitchen team
  • Maintain knowledge of the full menu, wine list, and hotel offerings to assist guests effectively


Profile:

  • Previous experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team spirit and positive, professional attitude
