The Chancery Rosewood in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square is reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. Home to 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dining and entertainment spaces, it is a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

As a Night In-Room Dining Waiter, you will be part of the team delivering warm, intuitive and discreet service to our guests during the quietest hours of the hotel. You will ensure that every order - from late-night comfort dishes to curated dining experiences is delivered with precision, elegance and a sense of calm hospitality.

You will support the overnight operations, maintain service standards, assist with tray collection and floor organisation, and be a reassuring presence for guests who rely on the privacy and personalised care of In-Room Dining.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering in-room dining orders with grace, accuracy and impeccable timing

• Preparing trays, trolleys and amenities to Rosewood standards

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the IRD pantry and service areas

• Ensuring all guest requests are handled promptly and discreetly

• Supporting night-time operational checks, stock levels and handovers

• Upholding Forbes and Rosewood service standards at all times

About You

• Previous experience in luxury hotels or high-end dining is preferred

• Naturally warm, calm and composed during night hours

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating personalised guest moments

• Ability to work independently with confidence and responsibility

• Comfortable with overnight shifts and quiet-hour operations
