• Inspect the Gym and Pool areas at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring that these areas meet the established standards.

• Keep the assigned work area clean, disinfected, and organized at all times.

• Check and restock the spa amenities area at the beginning, during, and at the end of each shift.

• Perform opening or closing procedures depending on the assigned shift.

• Check the condition of the Spa facilities and equipment, and immediately report any damage to the supervisor.

• Execute the Spa standards in the arrangement of décor and distribution of amenities.

• Escort guests to their destination within the Spa (gym, pool, locker rooms).

• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests even when busy and at any time, maintaining a positive relationship with the guest at all times.
