At Rosewood Amsterdam, we’re proud to push the boundaries of hospitality to redefine the experience of ultra luxury for our guests. We are looking for like-minded individuals to join our team and become part of an era-defining hotel opening in the heart of the city’s historic Canal District.

Join us at our in-person Recruitment Day on the 6th and 7th of December 2024 where we will organize an Open House at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts European Head Office. Get to know us while we get to know you!

What to Expect from our Recruitment Day
Expect to find out about our operational roles within food & beverage, wellness, housekeeping and front services (we are not recruiting for sales, marketing of events), while networking and enjoying a taste of Rosewood Sense of Place luxury at our stylish head office. During the Recruitment Day you will take part in one or two interview rounds for the position you applied for, and you’ll also learn about our belief in relationship hospitality, the Rosewood culture, and how our values support you and your career, allowing the right candidates to flourish and grow.

During the event, you will:
  • Gain a deeper insight into our iconic brand and core values, understand what makes Rosewood a true leader within luxury hospitality.
  • Meet passionate team members and department heads who bring Rosewood's legacy to life each and every day.
  • Take part in a focused, 15-minute interview with one of our hiring managers. We advise you to come prepared with your questions—this is your chance to get a better understanding of what it means to be part of the Rosewood family.
  • Learn more about the department and role you've applied for, and Rosewood's unwavering commitment to creating extraordinary guest experiences.

Once your application is reviewed by the hiring manager and you have been selected, you will receive a follow-up email with a link to schedule your interview slot at your convenience. After you select your time slot, we will send you an official invitation with all the details for our Recruitment Day.

Please note, if you are invited, this mean that only the hiring manager of the position that you've applied for reviewed your candidacy. Therefor, we cannot schedule you with other departments.

Waiter
Begin your day by familiarizing yourself with the day’s menu and special offerings. Throughout your shift, you will warmly greet guests, take their orders, and serve dishes with elegance and charm. Your role is to craft an extraordinary dining experience, whether guests are celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a quiet meal.

Bellman
Your day as a Bellman begins with ensuring each guest’s arrival is effortless. You’ll assist with luggage, offer insightful local knowledge, and fulfill special requests—adding a touch of Rosewood charm to every interaction, ensuring that guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.

Doorman
As the Doorman, you are the first warm and friendly face our guests see upon arrival. Throughout the day, you’ll open doors with a smile, provide directions, and address any immediate needs—setting the tone for a memorable guest experience by embodying the warmth and sophistication of Rosewood Amsterdam.

Food Runner
Start your day by coordinating closely with the kitchen team, ensuring each dish is delivered promptly and with meticulous care. As a Food Runner, you are the crucial link between the kitchen and the dining area, contributing to the overall guest experience by making sure every detail is just right.

Coffee Runner
Familiarize yourself with the barista’s needs and assist in bringing beautifully crafted beverages to our guests. As a Coffee Runner, you will deliver each cup with care and efficiency, ensuring each guest feels uplifted by the Rosewood hospitality touch.

Barback
Your day begins by setting up the bar area, ensuring everything is ready for seamless service. Throughout the day, you’ll support bartenders, replenish supplies, and maintain an inviting bar environment—creating a vibrant and engaging experience for our guests.

Barista
Begin your day by calibrating the coffee machine and preparing for a steady flow of guests. As a Barista, you’ll craft every coffee drink with skill and precision—from espressos to custom lattes—adding warmth to each interaction and brightening our guests' day.

Spa Attendant
Ensure that every treatment room and facility is pristine and inviting. Throughout the day, you’ll welcome spa guests, guide them to their treatments, and ensure their experience is tranquil and rejuvenating—making each guest feel pampered and deeply relaxed. 

Room Attendant
Your day begins by receiving your assignments and preparing your trolley with all necessary supplies. You’ll move through the hotel with precision, cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to the highest standards. From creating welcoming atmospheres in guest rooms to ensuring corridors and public areas are spotless, your attention to detail will shine. Whether handling guest requests, restocking supplies, or reporting maintenance needs, your role is pivotal in creating an environment of comfort and elegance. At the end of your shift, you’ll take pride in knowing you’ve contributed to a luxurious and memorable guest experience.

Front Desk Agent
Start your day at the Front Desk, genuinely greeting every guest and making sure their check-in is seamless. You’ll assist guests with their inquiries, handle reservations, and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their stay—embodying the role of a trusted guide and making every guest feel truly valued.
