Job Description

The Chancery Rosewood – opening Summer 2025, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and event spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

We are seeking a Barista to bring skill, precision, and warmth to our coffee program. From expertly crafted espresso to signature brews, you will ensure every cup is served with care, maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and guest engagement.

This  role is due to start in June 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve exceptional coffee and tea beverages with precision and efficiency.
  • Engage with guests, providing knowledgeable recommendations and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness, ensuring the workspace is organised and well-stocked.
  • Monitor stock levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure consistent quality.
  • Support the wider Food & Beverage team, contributing to a seamless service experience.

About You:

  • Experience as a Barista in a high-end café, restaurant, or luxury hospitality setting.
  • A strong understanding of specialty coffee, milk texturing, and brewing techniques.
  • A natural ability to connect with guests, offering a warm and personalised service.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring every cup is crafted with precision and care.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
