THE TEAM
At Rosewood Calistoga, wellbeing is not confined to a single department, it is thoughtfully woven throughout every aspect of the guest experience. As Director of Wellness, you will lead a diverse team spanning Asaya Spa, Fitness, Membership, and Wellness operations while partnering closely with leaders across Rooms, Culinary, Food & Beverage, Experiences, Retail, Recreation, Housekeeping, Landscaping, and Talent & Culture.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a critical role in shaping a resort-wide philosophy that inspires restoration, connection, movement, nourishment, and a profound sense of place for every guest who visits Rosewood Calistoga.
YOUR ROLE
As the visionary leader behind Rosewood Calistoga's wellbeing journey, you will elevate wellness beyond a traditional spa offering and transform it into a defining element of the resort's identity. You will curate meaningful experiences that enrich every stage of the guest journey, from arrival rituals and personalized itineraries to outdoor adventures, culinary collaborations, family programming, and signature events.
Working across the resort, you will inspire teams, forge strategic partnerships, cultivate innovation, and create an environment where guests feel restored, connected, and transformed. Success will be measured through exceptional guest experiences, commercial performance, brand differentiation, and the continued evolution of Rosewood Calistoga as a leading destination for restorative luxury.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard and valued. We're not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them, and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice.
