THE TEAM

The Corporate Operations Finance team provides financial leadership and management to drive profit, cash flow, and key performance outcomes across Hotel Finance globally. With a strong strategic lens, the team identifies opportunities, anticipates challenges, and maintains a robust financial control environment across all hotels and projects worldwide, ensuring consistency, governance, and long-term value creation.

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, Global, you will provide global financial oversight across operating hotels, pre-opening projects, and strategic business initiatives. You will partner with global and regional Operations leadership to drive performance, support critical finance functions, and deliver targeted solutions for business improvement.
This role plays a key part in supporting new openings, transitions, and conversions while leading financial turnaround initiatives and ensuring strong functional leadership of finance business partners across regions.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Act as a strategic finance partner to Global Operations, Regional leadership, and Hotel Managing Directors to enhance performance across a global portfolio
  • Provide hands-on financial leadership to pre-opening hotels, including budgeting, cost control frameworks, and owner engagement
  • Lead and support financial turnaround initiatives for underperforming or complex business environments
  • Oversee global financial performance through analysis of budgets, forecasts, and key financial metrics
  • Establish and align financial planning processes, ensuring consistency across regions
  • Partner with Development, Operations, and ownership stakeholders on capital planning and investment decisions
  • Strengthen governance and compliance by ensuring adherence to financial controls, policies, and contractual obligations
  • Lead global finance task force deployment to support openings, transitions, and operational recovery


COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You bring a strong foundation in finance, with a relevant degree or professional qualification such as CPA or MBA
  • You have extensive experience leading finance functions within complex, multi-property or multi-unit environments
  • You are comfortable operating across global or regional portfolios, adapting to diverse markets and business contexts
  • You demonstrate strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge for better business outcomes
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • You are a collaborative leader who builds trusted relationships with stakeholders, owners, and cross-functional teams
  • You are adaptable and proactive, thriving in dynamic environments where hands-on leadership is required
  • You are willing and able to travel as part of a global role
