Job Description

OUR PURPOSE AND CULTURE

We are driven to create a future where people and place enrich one another. We are wholly committed to rooting ourselves more deeply in every place we are in while setting new benchmarks for positive impact.

As a pioneering collective with a common purpose, we curate extraordinary moments and honor the soul of every place along our journey. At Rosewood Hotel Group, we answer The Calling. Together, we Make the Place.

THE TEAM

The Talent & Culture team attracts, develops and rewards the most important asset of the company: Our Associates. The Global Headquarter is in Hong Kong and we collaborate closely with brands around the world to bring to life the philosophy of Relationship Hospitality and pursue world-leading practices in people operations.

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Director, Internal Communications and Employee Experience, Global, you will help strengthen how Rosewood Hotel Group connects with, informs and engages associates globally. You will bring our employer brand, Make the Place, to life through impactful internal communications and meaningful employee experience initiatives. Your work will ensure associates receive consistent, relevant and inspiring information aligned with our culture, purpose and business priorities—while championing engagement, recognition, belonging and inclusion across all regions and brands.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Support the planning and execution of the global internal communications calendar to ensure timely updates and aligned messaging across the network.
  • Create impactful, on‑brand content for key internal channels—including the associate app, newsletters, announcements, toolkits, guidelines, digital assets and videos.
  • Coordinate the collection of stories and updates from divisions and properties, highlighting how associates bring our culture, purpose and impact journey to life.
  • Support the implementation of global engagement initiatives and cultural programs that reflect our purpose and employer brand.
  • Assist with rollout and follow‑up for the global engagement survey and other listening mechanisms, consolidating insights to support action planning.
  • Help plan and deliver engagement and recognition programs—including annual awards, long‑service celebrations, day‑to‑day recognition and cultural moments.
  • Support the day‑to‑day operation of internal communication channels such as the associate app, liaising with external platform providers and internal stakeholders on content, basic troubleshooting and enhancements.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You bring hands‑on experience in communications, engagement, events or project coordination, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, luxury or global environments.
  • You are skilled at planning and executing campaigns and events, and comfortable working with external vendors and service partners.
  • You write clearly and compellingly in English and can create engaging content across multiple formats and channels.
  • You are confident using digital tools or content management systems to manage communications and track implementation.
  • You are highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders in a fast‑paced setting.
  • You build strong, collaborative relationships and connect well with people across all levels and geographies.
  • You demonstrate initiative, take ownership and are willing to get hands‑on from planning through execution.
  • You are curious, adaptable and open to trying new ideas, with the flexibility to adjust based on insights and results.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard – and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations. We’re not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them – and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice.
