The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are seeking a Laundry Runner to help ensure that every linen, garment, and textile is treated with care and presented to the highest standards. This is role for someone who values attention to detail, enjoys working in an organised environment, and takes pride in contributing to smooth operations. You will assist with daily laundry and valet tasks, maintain high standards and ensuring that both guest and associate garments are handled with care and attention to detail. This role is due to start in June 2025.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the laundry department with the efficient processing of linens, uniforms, and guest garments with the utmost care, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
• Handle and distribute linens across all hotel departments, ensuring they are always ready for use in guest rooms, public areas, wellness facilities, Food & Beverage outlets, and Heart of House.
• Consistently ensure that all linens, garments, and textiles meet the hotel’s high cleanliness and quality standards before being distributed, maintaining a sharp eye for detail.
• Play a key role in keeping linen storage areas well-organised and efficient, ensuring all linens are handled properly and stored according to hotel standards.
• Assist with the management of the hotel’s uniform store, ensuring all team members' appearance aligns with Rosewood Brand Standards.
