The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
We are seeking a Laundry Supervisor to lead a team dedicated ensuring that every linen, garment, and textile is cared for and presented to the highest standards. This is a role for someone who values the importance of precision, thrives on organisation, and excels at keeping operations running seamlessly. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, training and coaching your team, and ensuring that both guest and associate garments are handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. This role is due to start in June 2025.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the processing of linens, uniforms, and guest garments, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
- Lead, train, and support a dedicated laundry team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct daily checks to ensure items meet brand standards before being distributed.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that laundry equipment is consistently maintained and in good working order.
- Manage guest laundry and valet services efficiently, addressing any concerns or issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
